This podcast, to misquote the Roman Senate, is for the people, of the people, by the people ... or something like that!

Everyday, there are conversations around inclusion and best practice happening throughout our Group: by the water fountain; in the staff room; waiting for the kettle to boil and walking to class.  This podcast is designed to bring those conversations to everyone and enable us all to share in these discussions.  

It might be that something that works really well for a learner in Crawley in a workshop might be the strategy that a lecturer in a kitchen in Northbrook has been looking for.  This is the way, through informal conversation over a cup of coffee, with staff from across the Group, we hope to bring this to you.
