It has never been more important to look after not only your physical health, but also your mental health and wellbeing. Below are some resources which we hope will help to support you in these challenging times and into the future.
We have a Wellbeing Hub in College where you can come if you need a quiet space to get away from the busy college environment. You can come by yourself or in a small group of up to three people.
There is always colouring, fidget toys, puzzles, or wordsearches etc out, we also have books you are welcome to read.
