Hospitality - Admissions (Chichester)

Welcome to the Hospitality and Catering Department at Chichester College!
We’re excited to have you join one of our courses. Please read the following carefully to ensure a smooth start.

📅 Key Dates

• Enrolment Day:
  Wednesday 27^th August
  ⏰ Your specific time will be emailed to you.
  📍 Arrive 1 hour early and go to Restaurant 64.
• Induction Week:
  Week commencing Monday 1st September
  📅 Check your course section for the Week 1 Induction Timetable (available late August).

✅ What to Bring on Enrolment Day

• Proof of course supplement payment or Learner Support Grant allocation
• Photo ID (e.g. passport)
• GCSE results
• Pens, notepad, headphones
• Lunch or money for lunch

📧 Didn’t Get the Grades You Expected?

No worries! We still have a course for you.
👉 Email your course leader with your grades as soon as possible.

📝 Before You Enrol

1. Pre-Enrolment

• Check your email (and junk/spam folders) for a pre-enrolment invitation.

2. Learner Support Grant

• Apply ASAP (processing takes time. Applications open on the 1^st August).
  🔗 Use the link provided in your course section to apply and upload financial evidence.

3. Course Supplement Fee

• Pay from 14th August via the College E-Store.
• Must be paid before enrolment or provide proof of grant.

👔 Uniform - Please only order uniform after your GCSE grades have been received and your course has been confirmed as engraved kit/embroidered uniform cannot be returned.

• Not claiming Learner Support Grant?
  👉 Order directly from Russums (link in course section).
• Claiming Learner Support Grant?
• Complete the uniform list form (in your course section).
• Email it to Farah Asif at asiff@chichester.ac.uk
• Include proof of financial support.
  ⚠️ Uniforms cannot be ordered without this proof.
