Essential for All

  • Step One - Do you know your College username and password?

    • Your College Username & Email address

      Chichester & Brinsbury:  First three letters of your surname, followed by your student number and @stu.chichester.ac.uk i.e. SMI1234567@stu.chichester.ac.uk

      Crawley Students:  S followed by your student number and @stu.crawley.ac.uk i.e. S1234567@stu.crawley.ac.uk

      Worthing Students:  Your student number and @stu.worthing.ac.uk i.e. 1234567@stu.worthing.ac.uk

      Haywards Heath Students this is H followed by your student number and @stu.haywardsheath.ac.uk i.e. H1234567@stu.haywardsheath.ac.uk

      Brighton MET and Northbrook Students, this is just your student number followed by @stu.gbmc.ac.uk i.e. 1234567@stu.gbmc.ac.uk

    • PLEASE NOTE: when logging onto a college computer you only use the first part of your email address ie the part before @
    • Your Initial College Password

      Your tutor should have given you the format of your initial password for your college, if not you can find this out either:

      If you are currently in college:

      • Ask your tutor
      • Ask in the college library, LRC, or IT services
      • Ask any member of college staff

    • If you are currently NOT in college:

      • Log onto Application Tracker using the login details you used for your application, here you will find information on initial passwords

      Enter the username and password you setup for Application Tracker

      		 Click the Select Application button Scroll down the page to the College Network Login

    • If you are still having an issue:

      • Ask in the college library, LRC, or IT services
      • Or contact the IT Helpdesk
