European Newsstream provides access to the most recent UK, Irish and European news content with archives back to the 1990s. It provides a diverse collection of news from over 430 sources including newspapers such as the The Guardian and The Times (London).

Issues Online provides a wide range of information on social and topical issues. It includes articles, news and views, key facts and statistics, lobby group links, newspaper archives, reference sites and general research help.

Massolit works with university lecturers to produce high-quality, short video lectures in a variety of subjects for A Level students and teachers. Subjects include Biology, Chemistry, Economics, English Language, English Literature, Geography, Government & Politics, History, Law, Maths, Media Studies, Philosophy, Physics, Psychology and Sociology. Videos can be searched by topic or exam specification. Teachers can create a list of lectures from any course and assign them to a class or group of users.
