    Forgotten Password

    The button below is to enable students to reset your password either from home or using a mobile device at home or in college.

    If you are using a college computer Press Control/Alt/Delete and select 'Change a Password'

  • College Staff

    Members of College Staff: If you want to change your password whilst in college log onto a computer, press CTRL+ALT+DEL, then select ‘Change a Password’

    If you have forgotten your password, you will need to contact computer services and ask for a password reset: https://chigroup.ac.uk/itservices
