Contact us at admissions@crawley.ac.uk or admissions@chichester.ac.uk so we can add the new course application to the system.  If you have already been in for an interview for the previous course it may mean that we need to invite you for interview again (this may be a telephone interview during lockdown) with the new course tutor, if the new course is in a different department area.  If it is within the same department then we may be able to do a straight swap. The Admissions team would liaise with the tutor in both cases to arrange either a new offer or interview for you.
