Immersive Reader is available in Office 365 applications and helps improve your focus on the text by changing font size and style, text and line spacing and background colour.
Immersive Reader can also read aloud the text for you.

Dictate function in Word and PowerPoint allows you to voice type. Look for the microphone icon on the Tool Bar.
